Do less to use less! Daylight harvesting is the process of using digital sensors to detect daylight levels in a space and automatically adjust the output level of electric lighting through shutting off or dimming fixtures in the space. Green Energy and Electric incorporates daylight harvesting into our lighting retrofit proposals to further enhance energy savings. Daylight is a free lighting source and utilizing this natural light makes it possible to completely turn off electrical lighting during daylight hours.
